Grameen Communications provides software implementation service to its valued clients of software products through its country wide network of 426 data management centers. The task of this unit is to give extensive training and other necessary supports to clients in order to assist them to operate software effectively and efficiently. It has successfully implemented the Micro Banking software gBanker in more than 4000 branches of over 70 national & international Micro Finance Institutions. A hefty pool of over 1300 skilled IT professionals have been providing these services to GC’s valued clients to make their software experience smooth, easy and efficient. These people regularly interact with the clients and provide important insights that stir continuous improvement in product & service development.
