Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT):
Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) is the flagship entity responsible for implementing and facilitating Social Business ideas. It strives to transform societies through Social Business. Once innovative ideas relating to the field are set forth, GTT formulates them in to prototypes that can be replicated in a sustainable manner. Grameen Kalyan(GK)
GRAMEEN KALYAN is a not for profit Company established in 1996 under Bangladesh Companies Act, 1994; founded by Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, the founder of Grameen Bank. It is also registered under Bangladesh Foreign Donation (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Ordinance, 1978. Professor Muhammad Yunus is the Chairman of Grameen Kalyan (GK). The idea behind setting up of Grameen Kalyan (Kalyan means wellbeing) was: (a) to undertake & support sustainable programs to improve the livelihood of the people living in rural area; (b) to contribute minimizing socio-economic and health inequalities between rural and urban; and (c) to provide financial support for the wellbeing of Grameen Bank's borrowers, employees and their family members. Grameen Telecom(GTC)
The primary objective of Grameen Telecom (GTC) is to develop modern telecommunication services in rural areas of Bangladesh to alleviate poverty by creating new opportunities and income generation through self-employment. ​Village Phone Program is a noble effort by tri party (Grameenphone-Grameen Telecom-Grameen Bank) to eliminate poverty. Village Phone program has created income-generating and self-employment opportunities for the VP operators, mostly poor women and members of Grameen Bank, who are now able to make their opinions count. The Village Phone (VP) initiative has made tremendous social and economic impact in the rural areas of Bangladesh, creating a 'substantial consumer surplus' for the users.. Grameen Shikkha:
Grameen Shikkha was established in 1997 by Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus as a not-for-profit company. Its aim is to socially and economically empower the poor and disadvantaged through education and training. It is also registered as an NGO (Non-Government Organization).

 Grameen Health Care Service Ltd:
 Grameen Health Care Services Ltd. (GHS) is a Social Business Enterprise working to address the health issues in Bangladesh, especially to the low income and less privileged people. Unlike traditional businesses that are driven with the motive of profit-maximization, activities of GHS are operated by following the principles of Social Business for the maximum benefit of the society.

Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing (GCCN)
GCCN is one of the leading Nursing Colleges in private sector approved by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, affiliated with the Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council and the University of Dhaka.

 GCCN was established in 2010 and as a result of a successful partnership between Glasgow Caledonian University (UK) and Grameen Health CareTrust.

Grameen Trust

Grameen Phone
Grameenphone Ltd. is the largest mobile telecommunications operator in Bangladesh in terms of revenue, coverage and subscriber base. The company was incorporated on 10 October 1996 as a private limited company. Grameenphone converted to a public limited company on 25 June 2007. The company became stock listed and started its trading at Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges from 16 November 2009.
